Official GDB documentation with the matching GDB version of the `devel` machines

The GDB version available on the devel qemu machines is GDB version 

6.5.15.fc6rh Red Hat Linux gdb configured as i386-redhat-linux-gnu
. Unfortunately, this is such an old version that there is no online documentation available anymore (as far as I could tell).

Personally, I'm less motivated to RTDC if I know I have the wrong version of the docs. ("Does X still work? Why is flag Y behaving weirdly? None of this behavior was documented!!!")

So, here is the freshly-generated official GDB documentation for version 

gdb_6_5-20060621-release
